Pre School Dance

Our Pre School Dance sessions are fun, imaginative and full of energy as well as adding in the children’s first dance steps in exciting ways. Lead by an Early Years Dance Specialist, the children are encouraged to make believe, dance to stories and enjoy props such as puppets, scarves and stretchy materials. We use lots of different musical genres within the sessions so that the children can experience lots of different musical styles that are fun and engaging. These sessions are a great way to get young children into dance, develop their confidence, make new friends and do something really fun together. Listening skills are practised as well as lots of energy used too! Once children are feeling confident and have ‘found their feet’ then there are lots of exciting opportunities and dance styles for them to get involved with in the school.
